Until confirmed, quotations and itineraries are subject to change.

4. Pricing

Prices are based on the itinerary provided and may change due to:

• Hotel availability
• Government taxes
• Fuel price revisions
• Supplier pricing changes

Any applicable revisions will be communicated before confirmation.

5. Payments

Payment schedules and methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Failure to complete payments within agreed timelines may result in cancellation of reservations.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation charges depend on the specific hotels, transport providers, and experiences included in your itinerary.

Any applicable supplier cancellation fees and non-refundable charges will be communicated before processing refunds.

7. Changes by the Traveller

Requests for modifications after confirmation are subject to availability and may involve additional charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, or activity operators.

8. Changes Beyond Our Control

In rare circumstances involving weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational issues, itineraries may need to be modified.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives but cannot guarantee identical arrangements.

9. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents and complying with applicable entry requirements for destinations visited.

10. Health and Safety

Travellers should ensure they are medically fit for their journey and inform us in advance of any special assistance requirements or dietary restrictions where relevant.

11. Liability

While we strive to provide carefully curated experiences, Itiniq Travels acts in coordination with independent hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers.

We shall not be liable for losses, delays, injuries, or expenses arising from acts or omissions of third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Itiniq Travels for the affected service.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, logos, and original photographs, is the property of Itiniq Travels unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.
